如何寫對詢函的肯定答復

對詢函的肯定答復可以給詢問者一個肯定的信息,如接受訂貨要求、提供所需信息或是和新公司建立貿易上的往來。如果詢函來自一家未曾有過業務聯系的公司,一個肯定的答復還應表示出合作的意向,甚至可能促成一筆交易。

肯定答復可不是一句“Yes, we can do it.”就可以的,還應該提供一些強調產品或服務的重要信息。下面是一些肯定答復的寫作注意事項:

1. Answer promptly, directly, clearly and accurately.
2. Emphasis one or two positive features of your product or service.
3. Choose words and a tone that convince reader to act.
4. Include a sales appeal for the product or service, and build goodwill through the whole letter.
5. End courteously.

下面是對一封要求調整家具的詢函的肯定答復,請大家體會一下。
