中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席、中央全面深化改革委員會主任習近平12月17日下午主持召開中央全面深化改革委員會第二十三次會議，審議通過了《關于加快建設全國統一大市場的意見》、《關于進一步提高政府監管效能推動高質量發展的指導意見》、《關于深入推進世界一流大學和一流學科建設的若干意見》、《關于加強科技倫理治理的指導意見》、《關于推動個人養老金發展的意見》。
