與傳統相親方式不同的是，旅游相親讓參與的單身人士都處于一個放松、自然的狀態，而且還讓大家有更多的時間了解彼此。
Although dating tours have been getting the thumbs-up from young people, organizers admit there are problems, such as the imbalance in the male-female ratio and verification of personal information. The number of women (on the tours) is usually more than double that of men. Travel agencies that organize these tours often have difficulty verifying private information from clients.
雖然相親游受到年輕人的認可，不過組織方也承認這當中還存在一些問題，比如男女比例不均衡以及個人信息認證等。參與相親游的女性人數通常都是男性的兩倍多，而組織此類出游的旅行社想要獲得客戶的個人認證信息都比較困難。
