The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and the State Council unveiled a guideline on supporting Shenzhen in building a pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics, on Aug 9, 2019. This move is conducive to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area development plan and the practice of "one country, two systems", and to exploring a new approach of comprehensively building a great modern socialist power.
2019年8月9日，中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于支持深圳建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義先行示范區(qū)的意見(jiàn)》。建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義先行示范區(qū)有利于更好實(shí)施粵港澳大灣區(qū)戰(zhàn)略，豐富“一國(guó)兩制”事業(yè)發(fā)展新實(shí)踐，有利于率先探索全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國(guó)新路徑。
