China will further improve its medical insurance system during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) to better meet people's demands for health services and drugs, according to a State Council executive meeting held on Wednesday. The meeting, chaired by Premier Li Keqiang, adopted a plan for national medical security during the period.
國務院總理李克強9月15日主持召開國務院常務會議，審議通過"十四五"全民醫療保障規劃，部署健全醫保制度體系，更好滿足群眾就醫用藥需求。

Acknowledging the achievements made since the country advanced the new round of medical reform, including putting in place the world's largest basic medical insurance network covering the entire population, the meeting stressed improving the multi-tiered medical insurance system. Support policies for medical insurance will be refined by category, it said. The serious illness insurance plan will dovetail with the basic medical insurance plans to improve insurance benefits, according to the meeting, which also underscored improving the major disease relief mechanism for disadvantaged groups.
會議指出，新一輪醫改以來，我國已建成全世界最大、覆蓋全民的基本醫療保障網。"十四五"時期，要健全多層次醫保制度體系，分類優化醫保幫扶政策。加強大病保險與基本醫保銜接，提高保障能力。完善困難群眾重大疾病救助機制。

Development of the tiered diagnosis and treatment system and medical consortiums will be advanced, and eligible medical institutions at the primary level will be listed as designated medical insurance institutions to improve medical services at the primary level, according to the meeting. Centralized drug bulk-buying will continue to be implemented, and drugs with high clinical value and notable benefits for patients will be made reimbursable under the basic medical insurance plans in a timely manner.
會議指出，推動分級診療、醫聯體等發展，將符合條件的基層醫療機構納入醫保定點范圍，促進提高基層醫療機構服務水平。繼續實施國家組織藥品集中帶量采購，及時將臨床價值高、患者獲益明顯的藥品納入醫保支付范圍。

>Students encouraged to stay put during holidays
教育部鼓勵師生就地過節

Teachers and students are encouraged to stay put during the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, Wang Dengfeng, head of the COVID-19 prevention office at the Ministry of Education, said on Wednesday.
教育部應對新冠肺炎疫情工作領導小組辦公室主任王登峰9月15日表示，中秋、國慶假期就要來臨，鼓勵廣大師生就地過節。

The needs of students and teachers in life, study and research who choose to stay at school during the holidays should be guaranteed, said Wang.
要認真做好留校師生的服務保障工作，滿足他們生活、學習、科研方面的需求。

Even with 91% of students and teachers vaccinated nationwide, it is still recommended that students stay on guard and avoid unnecessary travel, he added.
王登峰說，雖然全國教育系統師生員工疫苗接種率達到91%，但還是建議保持警惕，非必要不離開當地。

The travel warnings came ahead of the three-day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, which starts on Sept 19. It will be followed by the seven-day National Day holiday starting on Oct 1. Both holidays are major tourism periods.
中秋和國慶假期均是旅游出行的高峰期，今年的中秋假期為9月19日至21日連續三天，國慶假期為10月1日至7日連續7天。

>6.0-magnitude quake in Sichuan kills 3
四川瀘縣發生6.0級地震

A magnitude-6.0 earthquake rocked Luxian county, Sichuan province, at 4:33 am on Thursday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center. The epicenter was monitored at 29.2 degrees north latitude and 105.34 degrees east longitude. The quake struck at a depth of 10 km. Luxian is under the administration of Luzhou city.
中國地震臺網正式測定，9月16日04時33分在四川省瀘州市瀘縣(震中位于北緯29.20度，東經105.34度)發生6.0級地震，震源深度10千米。

The earthquake left three dead and 88 injured, with three badly hurt, according to reports received at 11:00 am. A total of 73,755 people have been evacuated.
截至9月16日11時，瀘縣"9?16"地震導致死亡3人，重傷3人，輕傷85人，緊急轉移73755人。

Over 1,200 houses have collapsed, and the Luzhou Bullet Train Station was shut down.

Approved by the provincial government, the earthquake relief headquarters of Sichuan has activated a level-II response.
經四川省政府同意，四川省抗震救災指揮部決定啟動二級應急響應。

After the quake, Luzhou city launched a level-I emergency response and sent personnel for disaster investigation and rescue. Further rescue is under way.

>Denmark lifts all pandemic restrictions

Denmark has become one of the first European Union countries to relax all of the internal limitations imposed to combat the spread of Covid-19.
