Beijing police have released two self-designed cartoon images about two groups of the capital's social security guards through its official account on Weibo, a twitter-like online platform. The two groups are the residents of Chaoyang District and Dama in Xicheng District.
北京警方在其官方微博上發(fā)布了原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)的首都群防群治力量“朝陽(yáng)群眾”和“西城大媽”的卡通形象。

神秘的“朝陽(yáng)群眾”可以用the residents of Chaoyang District/Chaoyang Residents表示，他們是來(lái)自中國(guó)首都北京朝陽(yáng)區(qū)，曾參與破獲多起明星吸毒等大案、要案。在首都的群防群治力量中，“朝陽(yáng)群眾”只是其中一部分，“西城大媽”（Dama in Xicheng District/Xicheng Dama）也是其中的一員。

去年以來(lái)，隨著多名明星藝人嫖娼、吸毒因朝陽(yáng)群眾舉報(bào)（tip-off）而被警方抓獲，網(wǎng)友將北京“朝陽(yáng)群眾”與美國(guó)中情局（CIA）、前蘇聯(lián)克格勃（KGB）、以色列摩薩德（MOSSAD）和英國(guó)軍情六處（MI6）并稱為世界五大王牌情報(bào)組織。世界第五大王牌情報(bào)組織（World's Fifth Well-known Intelligence Group）“朝陽(yáng)群眾”是實(shí)實(shí)在在出現(xiàn)在街頭路面的一支發(fā)現(xiàn)違法犯罪線索的重要力量，他們的身影隨處可見(jiàn)。

北京西城區(qū)的群防群治力量就以七成以上人員是大媽為特色，網(wǎng)友稱其為“西城大媽”。僅2015年，“西城大媽”就發(fā)現(xiàn)72條涉恐信息（terrorism-related information），她們?cè)诜乐芜`法犯罪活動(dòng)（prevent and curb illegal and criminal activities）方面做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。

此次，北京警方推出“朝陽(yáng)群眾”和“西城大媽”的卡通形象（cartoon images）十分接地氣，旨在引導(dǎo)廣大群眾積極參與到建設(shè)平安首都工作中（encourage the general public of the capital to participate in the building of a "Safe Beijing"）。
