5月22日，十三屆全國(guó)人大三次會(huì)議首場(chǎng)“部長(zhǎng)通道”開啟。國(guó)家發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì)主任何立峰表示，面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜的形勢(shì)，中國(guó)GDP還能增長(zhǎng)6.1%，其他經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)也都很亮眼，這說(shuō)明中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)是比較牢固的，比較厚實(shí)的，我們有實(shí)力也有能力應(yīng)對(duì)前進(jìn)中的各種困難挑戰(zhàn)。

"While the coronavirus outbreak dealt a huge blow to economic activity, it will only result in temporary limited economic effects," He Lifeng, head of the National Development and Reform Commission, said on the sidelines of the ongoing two sessions on Friday.

5月22日，國(guó)家發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì)主任何立峰在“部長(zhǎng)通道”采訪活動(dòng)中說(shuō)：“疫情突如其來(lái)對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊雖然重大，但是短期的、暫時(shí)的。”

"The fundamentals of China's sound economic growth will remain unchanged, and we have the capabilities, confidence and determination to continuously promote the steady, healthy and sustainable economic development."

“從中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)基本面來(lái)看，向好的趨勢(shì)沒(méi)有改變。我們有能力也有實(shí)力、有信心也有決心，繼續(xù)推動(dòng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。”

對(duì)于今年政府工作報(bào)告沒(méi)有提到GDP的增長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)一事，何立峰回應(yīng)稱：

"In fact, the quantitative economic indicators tasks have been broken into related indicators in fiscal, monetary and other related policies," He added. "As China's economy is deeply integrated into the global economy, it is hard to predict the future development due the great uncertainty regarding to the globally spreading coronavirus epidemic."

“客觀上增長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)的內(nèi)容已經(jīng)融化到財(cái)政、貨幣政策的指標(biāo)當(dāng)中。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)，目前全球疫情客觀上還在蔓延，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)有巨大的不確定性。”

"Under current circumstances, not setting a specific growth target allows us more focused on key tasks such as expanding domestic demand, ensuring six priorities and stability in six areas for steady economic fundamentals as well as achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects."

“因此，目前不糾結(jié)于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的指標(biāo)，將使我們更加專注于不斷擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需，實(shí)施擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需戰(zhàn)略；更加專注于做好‘六穩(wěn)’工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)‘六保’任務(wù)；努力實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會(huì)目標(biāo)任務(wù)。”
