商務部部長鐘山5月25日在十三屆全國人大三次會議第二次全體會議結束后，來到2020年全國兩會“部長通道”接受采訪。他在回答提問時表示，聰明的外商不會放棄中國龐大市場。

Commerce Minister Zhong Shan said China will continue to effectively implement the Foreign Investment Law to create a fair and transparent business environment for global companies.

商務部部長鐘山接受采訪時說，中國將貫徹落實好《外商投資法》，營造公平、公正、透明的營商環境。

Zhong said China will better protect intellectual property rights and the legitimate rights and interests of overseas businesses, as well as make sure that they are willing to invest and develop in China.

他說，中國將更好地保護外商合法權益，保護知識產權，讓外商愿意在中國投資，在中國發展。

With the improvement of China's business environment, economic growth and expanded market size, the minister said he believes that smart foreign businesses surely will not give up China's huge market.

他說，隨著我國營商環境的改善，經濟的發展，市場的擴大，我們相信，聰明的外商一定不會放棄中國龐大的市場。

鐘山表示，從外貿看，最主要是要穩住外貿主體。現在我國各類外貿主體超過30萬家，包括民營企業、國有企業和外資企業。面對疫情的沖擊，這些企業遇到了前所未有的困難。這些困難，有一些企業通過自己的努力可以解決，有一些需要政府的幫助。

The government will provide policy support in areas such as taxation, financial insurance, industrial and supply chains to remove the pressure on exporters with operational difficulties, as well as stimulate fresh momentum to restore their earning strength, he said.

他說：“黨中央、國務院高度重視，從財政稅收、金融保險、產業鏈供應鏈等方面，在政策上予以幫助、支持，降低了企業的壓力，也激發了企業的活力。”
