到底多大的團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模才最好——既不會(huì)多付薪水，又能保證足夠的活力與效率？亞馬遜和蘋果的人力總監(jiān)告訴我們，隊(duì)員剛好能吃完兩個(gè)比薩，是最佳的型號(hào)，也就是“雙比薩團(tuán)隊(duì)”（two-pizza teams）。
“Two-pizza teams” is the concept of keeping the team small enough that it can be fed with two pizzas. Small enough for the contribution of each member to make a noticeable contribution, in order to function it needs mutual dependence, a common objective and a single criterion of success for them all.
“雙比薩團(tuán)隊(duì)”，就是說(shuō)讓團(tuán)隊(duì)保持在兩個(gè)比薩能讓隊(duì)員吃飽的小規(guī)模。團(tuán)隊(duì)要小到讓每個(gè)成員都能做出顯著的貢獻(xiàn)，并且相互依賴，有共同目標(biāo)，以及統(tǒng)一的成功標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
If you’re working in a group bigger than 15 people, you’re fighting human nature. The number of the group members varies from three to twelve or fifteen, and perhaps optimizes somewhere around ten.
如果你在一個(gè)大于15人的團(tuán)隊(duì)里工作，你就是在和人類本性對(duì)抗。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員數(shù)量可以是3到12或者15個(gè)，最佳的成員數(shù)量是10個(gè)。
